The product is pre-launch, so these mailboxes are published as the intended routing and are not all live yet.
Every address on this page is marked as unconfirmed for one reason: a contact route that bounces is worse than no contact route at all, because it costs the sender the effort and the trust at the same time. Each one becomes unmarked when the mailbox exists and somebody is reading it.

What to put in the message
Most enquiries that stall do so because a detail is missing, and the round trip to ask for it costs more time than the answer. For a challenged verdict, the reference code alone is usually enough, since it resolves to the file hash, the model version and the conditions the analysis ran under. If you no longer have the code, the original file and the approximate date will do.
For a missed generator, the clip matters more than the description. Send the file as it reached you rather than a re-export, because saving it through another application changes exactly the properties an analysis depends on. If you know which system produced it, say so and say how you know.
Do not attach audio to a security report or a press enquiry. Those routes are not built for handling someone else’s voice, and what happens to a file you send is governed by privacy and the retention rules described there.

Things this inbox cannot do
It cannot tell you whether a specific person really said something. A verdict is a probability with a stated error rate, and no message to us converts that into an identification.
It cannot certify a recording for a court, an insurer or an employer. A result carries a reference code and a model version so it can be reproduced and disputed, which is a different thing from being authoritative. What that does and does not support is set out under audio verification.
It cannot act as a legal channel for the removal of content elsewhere, and it is not the right route for a subject access request about someone else’s audio.
If you are in the middle of something urgent
Truthring is not an emergency service and cannot intervene in a fraud that is happening now. If money is moving, call your bank on the number printed on your card. If someone is being threatened, call your local police. Then, when there is time, send the recording. It will still be analysable, and the delay does not degrade it.
Preserve the original file before anything else. Forwarding a voice note through a messaging app can re-encode it, and a second-generation copy has already lost part of the evidence a detector would have used.
